Group Fitness
Group fitness is offered at three different levels (1,2,3) and caters for the fitness needs of the amatuer to the professional athlete. The group size is 4 – 5 people of a similar fitness level. Perhaps you and your group of friends want to start training again or actually put some work into your so called “work outs”!
Level 1
Introduce you to basic movements such as a squat, lunge push and pull as well as basic stability concepts. Our focus14 trainer will keep a close eye on your performance and give constant feedback. The only pre requisite is that you are pain and injury free and are willing to learn an turn up on a regular basis.
Level 2
Is aimed at individuals who have experience of fitness training or perform sport on a regular basis. As long as the focus14 trainer is confident in your squat, lunge, push and pull you will be introduced to some very demanding low-tech high effect exercises and training methods such as the tabata training method.
Level 3
These work outs are for individuals that have several years of exercise experience and have very good basic squat, lunge, push and pull technique. You need to bring with you a lot of motivation and the ability to suffer! There will be no lying down exercises such as bench press. Plyometric, speed and agility as well as many other high intensity techniques are implemented to increase your conditioning.
