Umesh grew up in Bangalore, India in the tradition of Ayurveda. After completing qualifications as an Ayurveda therapist and masseur he obtained experience including work at the Sushruta Medical College in Bangalore. Since then Umesh has acquired qualifications in breathing therapy, yoga and meditation. From 2003 - 2009 Umesh lived in Germany, worked as an Ayurveda therapist and Yoga teacher in several Wellness-Hotels and lectured in Ayurveda practice in Salzburg. More recently he has worked in St. Moritz and Arosa.
